Neighborhoods

  • Bexley is an area of classic homes located within 5 miles to downtown. Homes range from $120,000 to over a million dollars.
  • Canal Winchester has a small town feel with a mix of older homes and new construction in a moderate price range.
  • Clintonville is a desireable older community north of campus with homes price from $150,000 to $350,000.
  • Delawareis the fastest growing community in Ohio and according to the census it was the 11th fastest growing community from 2000 to 2004. It is located 45 minutes north of downtown Columbus, and offers housing to suit all tastes and needs.
  • Downtown and Urban housing is growing by leaps and bounds. Take a look at current projects in the Downtown, Short North, Victorian Village, German Village and Brewery District.
  • Dublin is a large northwest suburb with mostly newer housing ranging in price from $200,000 to $800,000.
  • Gahanna is on the east side of town and homes are mostly from the 1980's and newer. Price range from $160,000 to $450,000 with most homes being between $230,000 and $350,000.
  • Grandview is a small older neighborhood close to downtown. Homes range in price from $180,000 to $700,000 with most homes ranging from $250,000 to $400,000.
  • Grove City is southwest of downtown and has an affordable mix of housing from $100,000 to $350,000 with most homes ranging from $160,000 to $260,000. 
  • Groveport is a southeast area that is a mix of smaller old town neighborhoods and several newer developments, priced from $120,000 to $250,000.
  • Hilliard is a fast growing city on the west side of town with a large supply of homes from $160,000 to $300,000.
  • Jackson is Small Town America, with conveniences.  Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Southern Ohio, Jackson offers starter homes from $40,000 to $1,000,000 estates and farms.  Jackson is home to the Apple Festival, and 90 minutes from Columbus.
  • Lewis Center's location makes it easy to enjoy the tranquility of living in a small town with all the conveniences of a big city. It's located in the vicinity of one of the most popular dining, shopping and entertainment destinations in Central Ohio.
  • New Albany is located in the northeast and is most newer housing. Entry price range is $250,000 to $400,000 with most homes ranging from $500,000 to $800,000.
  • Oak Hill is great if you don't like stop lights and you do like basketball. Oak Hill boasts Ohio State championship basketball teams, located between Huntington, West Virginia and Columbus, Ohio. Oak Hill has the typical small community benefits. Located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Oak Hill offers homes priced from $30,000 to $500,000 farms and estates.
  • Pickerington is in the southeast and has a large mix of housing. The older housing is from the 60's, 70's and 80's and ranges in price from $160,000 to $240,000. There is a great deal of new developments with a price range of $220,000 to $400,000.
  • Powell is in southern Delaware county with a mostly newer mix of housing with most homes priced from $300,000 to $500,000.
  • Reynoldsburg is located in the far east and has an affordable mix of housing with older homes priced from $120,000 to $170,000 and many newer homes from $180,000 to $280,000.
  • Upper Arlington is nestled close to downtown and has a mix of older pre-war housing with homes built in the 60's, 70's and 80's. A desireable community with most homes priced from $250,000 to $500,000.
  • Wellston was founded in 1873 by Harvey Wells as an iron and coal producing center, this southeastern Ohio city has grown, developing its own character as a close-knit hometown.  Wellston offers starter homes from $30,000 to $500,000 estates and farms. 
  • Westerville is a mix of older and newer housing with prices ranging mostly from $160,000 to $360,000.
  • Worthington is an established area north of town with homes priced from $170,000 to over $500,000.
